Nice place in downtown, but no in-unit washer or dryer, you have to use common laundry room. Good option if you want to live in downtown and not willing to go to mud island
I dunt know what to say
Most importantly, management is phenomenal! Quickest turnaround I’ve had on maintnetce request out of any of the places I’ve lived downtown, including Harbor Town. The renovations are coming along great, nice fresh look. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Amazing, mindful, and friendly staff! Wonderful monthly events catered to all who live here. Great community and location. The renovations are on point!
The management team has been nothing but helpful. They kept in Clos contact with us during the recent power outages. The pool is great, the apartment is great, and I'm super excited about the renovated fitness center when it gets done!
