Renting in this apartment building is like being stuck inside an Incredible Pizza for Crackheads. Dont rent here or sign a lease. There are better options in the area.
bed bugs, roaches, and bad management. don't waste you time and money here.
Beware of the Pulse apartments. Looks can be deceiving. Please know that this property is infested with BED BUGS!!! and management can say what they want but they are not providing a safe or habitable environment. Please call code enforcement if you have had this horrible experience happen to you.
The rent is reasonable, utilities are included, and wifi. It has a pool that stays clean year round. The staff are very friendly and helpful if any issue arises. All around it is a great place to live. And the location does not hurt!
The office staff is very nice. Very clean when I moved in. My maintenance issues were fixed the same day.
BEDBUG INFESTED is all I have to say. Never again.
