The Melrose Midtown

I’m at the Melrose now and love it! The apartment building was completely renovated. The unit I am in is very pretty and everything is new and clean. Their staff is very friendly. The place is safe and gated, and in one of the best neighborhoods. I’m from out of town and very happy with my choice. I highly recommend this place!

Melrose has great neighbors and is extremely safe. The apartments are beautiful and modern. The maintenance staff is amazing. Ms. Janice the property manager is hands down the best I’ve come across.

I moved into this building in October of 2021 and I am still a resident. The apartment is 2bd and 2ba and it's beautiful. The property is very well maintained and the staff are always responsive to any issue or question. There is a security guard on duty every night and the property is truly a safe haven. I've really enjoyed my time here and love the area. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in midtown apartments and feel secure.

My husband and I recently moved to Memphis and LOVE Melrose Midtown! When I called for prices, Janice the Property Manager was an incredible asset as she walked us through the process. What I love is that everyone who works here, remembers you, loves their job, and will help with what you need, or have a friendly conversation. We are so happy to have found this place and look forward to the next year!

The Melrose Midtown is one of the best apartment buildings that I have lived in. Very quiet building even with the great renovations going on inside. The staff is wonderful at times the customer service is like a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend

Melrose midtown is home & if you are looking for a safe place to live for a while I STRONGLY suggest you make Melrose Midtown your home too!! 10/10 recommend living at the Melrose Midtown. Janice and Aubrey, in the office, are seriously the sweetest/most helpful staff members you could ask for. Maintenance is always on time and knowledgable on how to fix minor things that you may run into. This apartment complex is clean and the rooms have been updated. Modern fixtures, appliances, and flooring goes a long way. I have had zero issues since moving in and am so glad they were the apartment I chose when moving to Memphis. Last but not least, the price is unbeatable especially if you are living alone. 5 minutes from Midtown, 10 minutes from downtown, I mean seriously... It has been an incredible experience!
