98 Center Restaurant

The Thai Chili Beef Salad is out of this world. Interior is very nice and decor is very tasteful. Music set the mood really well. We didn’t have cocktails but their liquor selection is extensive with many local options. I didn’t expect to find a place this cool and interesting in Moab, but I stand corrected.

The food was delicious! We had the Chicken pho and the steak salad w/ the spicy chili sauce. The ginger cookie to go was VERY gingery....and that's a good thing. Tables were a little close together but the service quality and the savory locally grown dishes more than made up for the comfy quarters. Highly recommend this Asian fusion bistro.

Everything great here! Really fresh Pho with amazing spices. Wonderful service. Pleasant decor. Highly recommended!

First, you must read this to the end. When we walked in the place was basically empty. There were a few people that had already ordered and a table of overly chatty folks. We were seated and greeted, received our water and gave our order to the waitress. The time it took for my wife to receive her Moscow Mule was ridiculous, it took FOREVER. So we got the drink and then the wait for the food was on. Mind you we got our order in before the chatty table of 4. As we waited in our booth the lights would occasionally dim almost to dark and then flash back with new vigor and then dim down and recuperate to their original brightness. If you've ever been in line waiting for the Indiana Jones Temple of Doom ride in Disneyland, it's just like that all throughout your stay at 98 Center. I have an idea of how long it takes to get food from a kitchen when we go out to eat. It took about twice as long as you would expect, especially considering the place was basically empty. My wife informed me halfway through the wait that this was how it was there, she had eaten there before. Eventually our food arrived. I had pho for the first time in my life. My first sip of the broth was a taste sensation, unique and delicious. There were all sorts of things to add, I've threw them all in including a couple hot peppers. Watch out if you eat one of the hot peppers they are freaking hot. I tasted my wife's chicken dish over a salad and it was delicious too. So here's the deal, if you've got the time this is your place. If you are on a date and you have a feeling it's going to be a good one, this is your place, you will have plenty of time to talk. If you're starving from a mountain bike ride or day in the desert, this is not your place. I'd give it 5 Stars if the drink came out faster and the food came out faster, No Doubt.

Delicious food and plenty of variety to choose from. Friendly, warm and well informed servers. Good value for money considering the freshness and careful origins of the food. I can't wait to go back again! This was our third dinner in Moab and 98 Center felt like a very welcomed break from the burgers and tacos that are the main feature on most of the other menus we'd seen at other restaurants in Moab.
