A-1 Limousine Inc

We just used A1 Limo to take us to and from central NJ to JFK for an overseas trip and I cant speak highly enough of the service. On the outbound, a snowday caused airline delays, cancellations, and rebookings, and three frantic last minute rescheduling calls to A1. Each one of those calls was handled patiently and effectively. We got picked up at the correct time, and had a seamless ride to JFK. On our return, the driver was waiting just outside customs and immigration and we enjoyed another easy ride home. Both drivers were polite, pleasant, and made us feel safe and welcomed. Thank you A1, for making the trip a whole lot easier.

These guys are total clowns. Apparently they are in the business of wasting people's time. Do not bother with them. With so much competition out there, there are cheaper and more professional options. Jeff Starr acts like he is a professional then disappears off the map.

We have used A-1 since 1973. 40 plus years All hours of early morning and night to airports , New York small and large parties. They are always reliable. Never any miscommunication . Read the confirmation. Make sure you communicated correctly and receive confirmation of any changes you make before the trip. WE Always trust drivers. The fees are quoted in advance But you should ask.

Took great care of my mother, to and from the airport. Pickup was on time, the driver assisted with luggage. Met mom in the airport with a sign to make him easy to spot. I felt that the price was fair for the trip. Mom loved the big clean town car and friendly drivers. Thanks A-1!

BAD SERVICE PROVIDER TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. BAD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DISPATCHER, & DRIVER GOT A LATE FOR 20 MIN. **SILVER CAR* STILL WANT CHARGE, DRIVER NOT ANSWERING, DISPATCHER CAN'T FOUND, MY RESERVATION FOR WHILE AND PUT HOLD FOR 10 MIN SOMETIME ITS MORE . CAN'T BELIEVE THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS!
