A-Locksmith Company

Joe the owner decides to tell me his life story on the phone, wasting my time. He wants to book a window of time, yet he never does. He will make it sound like he is the most important man in the world with his little locksmith business. I called him three times, never once does he show and makes excuses about how busy he is. Then he wants you to look at model numbers of expensive locks without actually looking at a thing. This guy is a joke. I called Murrysville Locks, they came in 2 hours. Literally the man was so professional, fixed all my locks and didn’t try to rip me off and overcomplicate locks. So Joe, maybe your ego needs knocked down a peg or 10 while your running every morning on my road. We think you and your business are too good for this town or so you act. Good luck with your big time little locksmith company and thank you Murry Locks for actually doing a great job instead of this jokester.

He came to my house in 30 minutes from when I called him! He was here, got the job done in less then 5 minutes, and was a GREAT guy! Genuinely pleased with my experience. I STRONGLY recommend!
