My car wouldn't start. My son replaced the computer. Retassie came to my house and reprogrammed the new computer. Best keys and key fobs. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Best service and prices ever.

I had a foolish "should've been better prepared" moment and misplaced a key to my motorcycle. Unfortunately I can't speak for how this company interacts with customers. I can, however, question the point of having a method to contact them that they don't utilize. I left them my information on a Saturday, understanding there most likely wouldn't be anyone to speak to until Monday. Monday comes and goes and still no word from them. It might seem small to most people, and yes, I could have called THEM, but then they shouldn't have set up a process that made me feel like they were going to get back to ME. Sooo I will continually take my money elsewhere, most likely to a company that will take the time to get back to me WHEN I WANT TO GIVE THEM MY MONEY. Thanks for nothing.
