Story

NorEast Franchise Group was founded to assist caring, entrepreneurial-minded people in realizing the freedom and satisfaction that comes with owning their own business. As co-founder of NorEast and our current offering, A Place at Home, I am able to provide potential franchisees the unique knowledge of possessing real, actual experience in building a senior-focused care company.

Our goal is to not only equip franchisees with the practical knowledge that includes sales strategy, marketing campaigns, brand identification, staffing and operations but also help to identify markets while providing the support to help build your franchise. We envision our franchise owners to be leaders in an overall central vision — providing compassionate care by passionate professionals who advocate for the health and wellness of a growing senior population. That is why A Place at Home franchises will only be awarded to those who practice and commit to our “We are CARE” philosophy. CARE = Compassionate, Accountable, Respectful and Ethical.

Our franchisees are those that are looking to own a franchise that can make an impact on people’s lives everyday. These owners might have had experience in the senior care field, been impacted by a senior, desire to be part of movement to provide a higher level of senior care, or someone looking for a career change that desires the independence of owing and managing their own franchise. Whatever the background, the A Place at Home franchise is a model that has been developed through experience. There’s no need to start a company from the ground up when owning a franchise enables you to realize the objective of owning your own business.

Mission

Our Mission is to provide a caring and comprehensive continuum of care
model for independent franchise owners who serve their senior
community with quality services and trusting relationships to meet their
client’s changing needs throughout the aging process. By focusing on
education and caregiver training, our local owners have the unique ability
to implement the appropriate level of care so we can strengthen lives, one
life at a time.
