The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Made us feel glad we were there. I am rating 5 stars for HIM.
If you're wanting to be spoken down to and not heard when you're experiencing difficulties with the products they provide, and essentially told the problem is user error without an adequate assessment, this is the place for you. If you want to deal with people who are not willing to listen to and validate their clientele during the already tough and harrowing path to get a CPAP, this is again the place for you. It doesn't cost much to listen before you speak, and to rephrase things so as to not to imply user error immediately, or even outright ignore circumstances specified prior. Got to love the irony of the company slogan on top of it all.
Wonderful staff, very informative and willing to share knowledge. Puts you at ease from the 1st time you enter the office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to start using a CPAP.
By far the worst medical or medical supply company I have ever had to deal with. Total mess placing orders, lying about when scripts were received, not returning calls, only sending partial orders. You should RUN away from this company not walk.
Horrible service. Tried for months to get them to fill my CPAP order. They literally lied multiple times about needing more information, saying the doctor didn't send it. I confirmed more than once the doctor did indeed send the info. I'm sad this is the only vendor my insurance would cover. I wound up paying cash from another outlet. Paid just a bit more than had I gone through insurance, but it was worth it not to have to deal with the horrible service at Focus Respiratory.
I had an over night oxygen test done. The equipment supplied to me for the study had bare wires exposed and dirty medical tape holding it together. When I took it back I asked why this was sent out in this condition. son that gave me the device said she would check with her manager
Please be very careful if you are going to use this company for your respiratory supplies. The RT who I worked with me was fantastic but the billing department was unnecessarily difficult. I requested someone try and work with me over a surprise bill I received from them. Not only did they not get back to me about my concern, but they sent me an additional bill with late fees added even though I was simply waiting to hear from them. They are now requesting close to 200 dollars for an appliance I used for less than a month and requested to return. It seems as though they were very much taking advantage of the Covid shut down to extend billing and fees. Very frustrating and disappointing. I wish I had read their reviews prior because it looks like other individuals have had issues with them as well.
Every experience that I have had with Focus Respiratory has been great. I recently moved to another location and Brittany was very pleasant and helpful with getting the information needed for my transfer.
I saw reviews that were not very flattering, however, as a new C-PAP user, my experience as has been completely positive. All calls were answered by staff who were quick to find my prescription and they even called me on a Sunday to set up a time to come in and get my machine. Subsequent questions were answered by staff quickly and all were very pleasant.
They will call you to verify that you have visited your doctor within 61-90 days and when you try calling them back, you go to voicemail. When this happens, they somehow don't get the voicemail and then send you a non-compliance letter stating that you did not see your doctor. My doctor SENT them the information, but somehow they didn't get it. Perhaps their faxes are going into the same black hole their voicemails are going into. After originally giving them 1 star for the previous paragraph, I've moved them up. The first time I physically stopped in unannounced to get supplies, they took great care of me and were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the 2nd time I stopped in, I was unable to order equipment since my insurance company decided to drop them as an in-network supplier.
