A-Pro Home Inspection Wilmington

A-Pro is terrific -- they've done two home inspections for me (2010 and 2012), and were incredibly thorough. We felt like we knew exactly what we were buying, thanks to their detailed reports, and we've used those reports to make repairs after purchase, in addition to negotiating with sellers. A-Pro also helped us with a mold inspection (2014) -- after an over-zealous appraiser climbed behind our oil tank to find a 'black spot' on the wall, A-Pro was able to test the spot almost immediately, and did a great job getting us lab reports that were helpful in guiding our next steps. A-Pro really cares about their clients, and is just wonderful to work with. We recommend them highly, and without reservation.

I recently had a radon test by A-Pro Home Inspections. They came in set up their equipment in a matter of minutes, let the test run for about 24hrs.
