AmeriSpec Inspection Services Delaware

Before hiring Amerispec in Milford, DE to do a home and termite inspection, I had previously purchased five other homes in a state other than Delaware, so I’m not a “newbie” to home inspections. Of all the inspections I’ve had done, I regard Amerispec as by far the worst performing. There were glaring items the inspector failed to note . It will cost me a couple of thousand dollars to repair one problem I've been told anyone with experience would have spotted immediately. I might just as well have burned the $500 I paid them for the inspection in light of the horrendous inspection I received. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I SUGGEST THAT ANYONE USE THEM…I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AMERISPEC!!!!

The inspector missed so many things in the basement, and what he did catch he wrote up so poorly it was hard to understand what the problem was, let alone all the issues he missed.
