Real Estate Inspections

My home inspection was excellent from start to finish! Inspector Aaron Hooper did my inspection and I'm so glad he did as he was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was very sure to inspect everything thoroughly, I really trusted his judgement. The report he gave was so detailed and thorough. It even included pictures which was awesome to help with understanding. The report was broken down to show me what was urgent or not as urgent in needing fixed. Setting up my appointment was very easy to do. Frank (I believe is his name) really helped explain how everything worked for scheduling and payment, he was very respectful and friendly. Very happy customer!

Frank inspected our very first home just yesterday and we already have the results. He was incredibly, very knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. I had a few family members for support and he did an amazing job not only working around us but answering every single question and if he wasn't sure of a answer he directed us to where we can find the answer. If in the future I ever need a home inspection or a friend, family member needs one I know where I'm going to re-inspect home inspection (: Thank you for a job well done!!

Our inspection was fantastic. Brian, our inspector, was incredibly thorough and allowed us to ask questions as he went through each area of the property. He was familiar with the area and was able to give recommendations and helpful pointers. Highly recommended for any first time home buyer!

Frank only finished the work at the minimum standard. He seems reluctant to talk with us during the whole inspection. Not friendly.. Even use house owners’ folded stairs for his inspection. Not prepared! Roof has issue and he didn’t even went up to check. I would not recommend. But I have to say the secretary Karen is very nice and very helpful

REI was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Karen made the setup extremely easy and was one of the most friendly and accommodating people I’ve spoken with on the phone. Our inspector, Frank, was extremely thorough and made the entire morning manageable and understandable for me. I’m a first time home buyer so this all was very new to me. I was beyond confident in his inspection and he saved me a ton of headaches through his thorough inspection. There is no doubt in my mind I will use this company again if needed.
