A Sani-Can Service

Terrible service. Constant lies. Our company pays for 2 pickups weekly and are lucky to get 2 a month. Our trash hasn’t been picked up since July 9th. We service 46 apartments both dumpsters are overfilled. Breach of contract at its finest. The trucks are always broke and they can never reach the driver. Republic Services is a little more expensive but definitely worth the added expense. Consistency is key.

If you want your dumpster dumped two or three weeks after you call them. This is the place for you. Secretary that answers the phone there is rude as can be and seems like she could care less. Very poor customer service. Hard to understand how places like this stay in business. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

I can't speak on the Charlotte location. I can speak on the Greensboro division. There's 2 drivers that I give 5 stars to. They are Mitch and Brooks. I have a couple portajohns stationary and a couple out on the trailers we take with us. Mitch will sit and wait until we come and bring the portajohns to get service and Brooks will call and meet us wherever we are. It don't matter where we are. He will come to us and clean them. If he cant reach us, he would come back later in the week to see if he could. I honestly think them are the best ones at the company. The drivers before would not clean them but skim the top of them and just add more chemical and water. If I could give them guys 10 stars I would. Whomever drives 310 we seen him come go the site sit there a few mins and drive away. Then also seen him ride right pass us. If they could get more people like mitch and Brooks,believe they would be ok

I called 10 days prior to have a portable toilet delivered based on a quote they sent. Payment was supposed to be a check at delivery. This was Memorial Day weekend and they said the delivery would be Thursday and pickup Tuesday because they were so busy. Then I called Wednesday to check on the delivery to make sure there were no issues, they claimed I never set up the order. I was speechless. So this looks like a negative review but they found a toilet and arranged a delivery on Friday and the driver, Jamie, called and updated me on his delivery time three times as traffic was terrible. They picked it up as promised. So despite the rough start, they stepped up on a holiday weekend and made sure we were taken care of. They could have just said too bad and they were busy but they did the right thing and took care of the customer, even when it was hard. Great job and I will use them next time.

Had to wait weeks before they service the toilet,when I called they are not very helpful, Used to be good but they don't care about costumers anymore

Lauren is very hard to deal with and does not prioritize the customer. She was disrespectful today to two of our office personnel trying to get service. It is time to pull our account.

Excellent family owned company! They take the time to ensure the customer is happy and address any concerns or questions you may have.

This is the worst cleaning of a Porta jon I have seen looks like we are south of the border trash never cleaned out and just NASTY
