This place is a joke!!! 5 clowns behind the counter not doing anything and they would like for me to leave a regulator that only needed a gauge replaced and it might be fixed this afternoon... Drove to air gas and within 10 min was fixed and down the road... These guys are only in buisness because they have cylinders thats all they are good for!!!!

The staff is very friendly and were very helpful when I went in not knowing where I needed to go or who to see. They helped me get what i needed loaded and checked out in a very timely manner. Our business has been with them for many years and will continue to be!

Terrible service. Many years ago they ripped me off by not refunding a rented cylinder. Billing dept is a joke. Employees are nearly always too "busy" to help even if you're there to just buy, rent, and already know what you want. I highly advise to visit another decent company. The only thing I'm stuck using these idiots for is a small tank I own and exchange here, and even that's a difficult and crappy experience anymore. Who takes care of their computer gear here? No one? They constantly seem to have trouble with it.

Poorly ran facility. Called ahead and evidently what I asked for they didnt actually check on. Takes forever to get rang up. less than a $20 purchase and was there over 30minutes with no initial wait. Most of the time was spent waiting on the single item ticket to be written up. Good management could make that place into something. Sad to watch.

Great help and experts. We were having trouble with our welder so we took it in and they pointed out a simple solution and did not charge us for the small adjustment to fix our welders issue. The great location by the Interstate is very convenient.

They will definitely lie and tell you they have what you need so you can drive 15 minutes on ice and rain just to be told theres nothing they can do. 10/10, screw them. Go somewhere else that doesn't lie to their customers.

Went in today after buying a tig setup in Dallas needed to exchange the owner argon bottle. The first store didn't have the size I needed. They called the other store and they did I went to the other store pulled in the guy rolled the cylinder out to the truck have to love smaller companies Great prices on gas will check other things as I need them

As a new welder I went here for equipment and recommendations. The flat lied to me about the MSRP on a Jackson WH40 Insight. Telling me it was a $400 hood on sale for $175. I bought it on their recommendation. This hood retails every where for under $125. They lost a customer due to being so dishonest. It pays to shop around.

Great place to get all your equipment.. been shopping here since 1995 will continue to!

Terrible customer service and poor communications. Literally took 2 calls and help a person behind me in line. Didn't acknowledge my presence in the 10 minutes I was in the store. Go somewhere else....please save yourself the frustrating disappointment.
