The Convenient location has almost everything you need. You don’t have to go to the big stores like Walmart or target with the long line. I was in and out in under 7 minutes. The young lady greeted me once I walked in. They had everything on my list, and everyone that helped was charming.
The men who work here are so nice. The best people. They helped me carry my purchase out to my car in the cold weather. They are extremely helpful. Thank you. God bless.
I walked in and the service and attention to detail they provide were spot on. Please support this business. I do not live near this location but I intentionally drive to shop here
Super friendly folks in the store, helpful finding obscure items I needed. It's a great alternative to Quail Creek/Village residents to longer drives to bigger stores. And they are locally owned. Glad to support local businesses like this!
I had some loppers sharpened here. When I picked them up Tuesday night June 21st the man cashier charged me tax on the labor. I said I should not be charged tax on labor. He argued with me until I showed him a past receipt where I was not charged tax on the labor for sharpened tools. He got very huffy and said OK I will fix it in a rude manner. Then he gave me a new receipt that stated $2.76 for scissor sharpened and .24 cents for tax adding up to $3.00. It is Oklahoma law that labor can not be taxed. This is the 3rd time that they tried to charge me for labor. I complained to Allison Norick manager and she didn't believe me and said that could not happen. Also they don't want to take back RETURNS. The original receipt was $3.00 plus. 26 cents for tax.
Very helpful staff but cashier was very rude. Won’t shop here again.
I bought a pellet grill from this place, and it never worked from day one. The whole idea behind the pellet grill is the set it and forget it, the temperature was never consistent and off by more than 60°. I tried for three days on three different occasions to reach the manager, and a couple days later got a call back. I told them I wanted a refund or to exchange it. He told me he wanted to try to fix it and to give him a couple days, so I agreed to leave it. Two weeks later I have heard nothing and had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. I try to support local merchants, but this was a very poor experience. I try to leave either good or bad reviews only on exceptionally good or bad experiences, unfortunately this was their exceptionally bad experience.
I really wish the rest of America still operated like this place. Helpful, friendly, and fair priced. Do yourself a favor and stop in here sometime.
Good hardware store. Prices are slightly higher than your typical home center but not outrageous. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They get six stars. I recommend this location
A great family run business. There’s always one or two people at the front door to great and/or help you. The building is super clean and organized well. It’s small enough that you don’t need to walk around forever but big enough that they have most everything I need. The people are seriously great.
