Customer service was awesome before sale. On the delivery day, Everything had issues from the dining to the living and bedroom sets. Even the mattress was ripped off and had holes and still they said it's been delivered already. My issue is that it's a scam paying for a new sectional that falls apart the same day it was purchased. I sent them pictures they were beating around the Bush, saying I shouldn't have taken it apart. Duh! It fell apart the SAME DAY!!!! Then they said I should have tested everything before delivery guys left. It took them two days to put everything together...you really think I had nothing to do myself? My mistake was not testing every single item I bought. I paid for installation, their workers had so much trouble putting pieces together, they spent the whole day and came the next day, the house was a mess but still I understood it could happen. I would have been happy if the furniture was good quality. I may just have been the unlucky one who gets damaged pieces, but their customer service should have better taken care of me, because they had received around $1400

I paid 1250 including delivery and installation. First day some parts were missing or not the right fit. Thank God we had paid for installation so their workers were dealing with the mess and had to come the next day with the missing parts. New mattress came with rips and damage. When i complained they said it had already been taken out of the plastic and could not be returned. New sectional came apart the same day it was installed. They said the blame is on the manufacturer. What a waste of money !!!!! Bad after sale customer service!!! The owner kept sending us back to his store worker and she was sending us back to him.

Love this place! Prices are reasonable. Furniture is great! Love my new table and chairs! Queen mattress is wonderful! Second time making a purchase from them but it won’t be my last!
