We're visiting from out of town and had problems with our cpap. We dropped in with no appointment. The young lady who greeted us went out of her way to get us what we needed! The RT was very friendly and helpful as well! No wonder my mom told us about this place! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Only one that is any good is Art. For a company that provides for life saving needs they show zero compassion in every interaction. They absolutely could care less if you receive services. They act as if they have you trapped because of your insurance. Overall unknowledgeable also. Both in aspects of business and healthcare.
