Horrible! Horrible! customer service, would not return calls. My doctor sent me to them for a CPAP Machine. When I wanted to get my supplies they never returned my calls. So I asked my doctor to intervene and the sales rep called me. 11/27/2017 she said she would take care of it and nothing, So I called again 11/30/2017 she said she would take care of it and nothing, 12/6/2017 she said she would take care of it and nothing, 12/12/2017 she said she would take care of it and nothing, They started pointing fingers at the doctor and then doctor said they sent it. If I where a doctors office I would never do business with them. I still don't have anything I have to call my insurance company now to see what can be done.

Found this office to be so very helpful. A complete pleasure doing business with them.

I, too, am giving this company 1 star. "0" if I could. I will be filing a complaint with Medicare and the state shortly regarding my experience with them. I suggest if you have any issues with them, to do the same.
My mother came to visit and needed an oxygen machine. She had called Lincare in her state before she left and they contacted the NLV office. The NLV office called me and set up a time to drop it off. I had to sign what I assume was a "confirmation of drop off". I was not given a copy. Before my mom left to go back home, she called Lincare and advised them she was leaving and this machine needed to be picked up. She was not given a certain date it would be picked up. However, almost 2 weeks later, I told her to call again because they had not picked it up yet. She was told that they would pick it up "when they had time". They were specifically told that there was no need to call just to pick it up any day after 4:30. Another week went by, she called them again with the same response. Over a month and still no pick up. She called the corporate office yesterday and today, I had someone from Lincare walk into my business to pick the machine up. The same machine that was dropped off at my house. I asked why they would come here to pick it up and why hasn't it been picked up yet. His response, "This is the only address I have and he didn't know." I had to give him my home address again because "they did not have it". (but yet they delivered it to my home) I then proceeded to ask, "when will you be picking this up?" His response, "He didn't know. Whenever he was in the area." WOW! Now, they will be billing medicare for a machine that was not used for over a month. And, reading the reviews online, will bill the "customer" when Medicare refuses to pay. I dare them to send Medicare a bill past the date my mom contacted them the first time. And, I dare them to send my mom or myself a bill for their refusal of picking up equipment.

The RT Tiffany was rude after she is the one who made the mistake of not sending out my husband's C-Pap supplies as of last week 8/25/17 , when I asked them what happened it was not sent out they got all defensive and said they would be having it delivered just like the same way they told me a week ago it was to be mailed out. People who work there lack better Customer Service skills. The ONLY person who really helped me today 8/31/17 was a Jillena. I had even left a message with the answering service yesterday 8/30/17 for them to call me back on the order and was never called back, I now see why! Supposedly they are delivering my item today.

I was called on the 26th of September I have my order put in for my resupply and was told that I would receive my new supply in 5 to 7 days. I called today the 6th of October because I haven't received them yet and was told they didn't ship until the 2nd of October and would receive them tell the 10th. For something that is medically required I would think that the company would get supplies out faster. This is just horrible customer service.
