It's funny how I went to ask what to I need to get my international permit and next day when I brought all the paperwork needed the lady told me that I was suppose to have appointment. When I asked about that she didn't mention anything about appointment when I asked what I needed .....

They are always helpful and courteous. I call and tell them what I need and they have it ready. I also buy Visa gift cards to give for Christmas presents there. I enjoy have an office in Avon to go to. I just wish we could go in the office rather than talking thru the door due to covid. Everyone else has opened up, it's time for them to open up. The staff that works there is great!

Very helpful -- now I need to have them pay for my tow after three different service companies chose to decline service through them and insurance and I had to pay cash!

It was the best way to set up a trip ! My agent , Andi was the well trained agent who knows her stuff. I will always go with her when I want to take a trip !

Very poor service and response times. Really can be rude to what could be their customers. Even when you purchase through them they don’t seem to have the time or desire to help you. Really sad. I will never do business there again. I suggest finding a agency for your travel needs who cares about their customers. This was my second time purchasing through them with both times being poor experiences. So much for give them a second chance.

I went to get an international drivers license. The process was very quick and easy, just had to bring 2 passport photos. The cost was $20 for the license and I appreciated the wonderful customer care.

Quick efficient service, but somewhat robot-like, not much feeling that one was dealing with a human. Perhaps it was a bad day. Did produce a discount on AAA membership unasked.

Actually I would give them a 4.7.. I enjoy going in here, some of the nicest women you will ever talk to. Very knowledgeable and very helpful for what ever reason you're going in for.
