My experience with the staff and service at Jiffy Lube was outstanding! The service was swift and affordable. They explained things very clearly to me and added no hidden fees. I had a drain bolt frozen that wouldn’t come out. After getting sent away from other oil places, Adam told me that he could take care of it. I was in a time crunch but he was able to do the oil change with a machine that sucked out the oil! He said to bring it back when I had more time and his mechanic would pull the plug out and he would replace it for me! They have earned my return business for the care and willingness to give 110%. I got an oil change at this location. The staff is friendly and let me know that my GDI engine burns oil faster and to stay aware of that so I don't have issues in the future. I appreciate them encouraging me to come before 3000 miles to make sure everything is cool.Service: Oil change

I only go to the Avon shop because service is great and the technicians are a delight. They enjoy their job, are thorough with maintenance and make me laugh. I didn't give 5 stars because even with a coupon, it's an expensive oil change.Services: Tires

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because of one particularly rude employee. I parked when I got there, not knowing it was ok to just pull up to a garage, and she immediately came outside and gave me attitude. She then did the same to someone else. Then, while I was pulling in, she rolled her eyes at me several times, even though she was the one guiding me. I know I am relatively clueless at auto places, but I don’t think that means I should be treated as less than. Every other employee showed me total respect, but the gal outside made this experience uncomfortable for me.Service: Oil change

I always go here for my oil change but yesterday's experience felt really off. As soon as I drove away my oil and check engine light turned on, my car started acting funny and I was immediately worried. I turned around and was told they weren't sure what happened. I understand accidents happen but when someone makes a mistake being honest is something I value. I was told that maybe the oil dumped once I drove off but it really felt like someone forgot to put oil back in the car. They put oil in again and the car started acting normal again. Had I not quickly turned around who knows what would have happened to my car.Service: Oil change

Went in for assistance with an issue where my windshield wipers were stuck and not moving. Over the phone, they said they suspected it was going to be an easy fix. After arriving, took about an hour and a half before they even finished the inspection. I think like, 2 people were in front of me. The mechanic proceeded to tell me that an important piece in the motor that controls the wiper was missing, and that a replacement would be needed. Over 500 dollars for the part and the labor, and he would not be able to get to it that day. .....I left, went to a friend of mine who knows cars, that I did NOT want to bother, since Jiffy Lube made this sound like an easy job. He fixed it in less than 15 minutes, and didn't even charge me 20 bucks. The wipers work just fine now, and there was NO sign of this "essential missing part" balogni that the mechanic was trying to tell me about for the 500 dollar sale. I wasn't really all that concerned at the time as the mechanic was telling me all these outrageous claims and how expensive it all was going to be, because after about an hour of waiting, my friend contacted me and explained his thoughts on it. And he said he'd likely be able to replace it cheaper anyways. But again....no replacement was necessary, like the mechanic complained. I was out 20 bucks, compared to the 500 the mechanic tried to scam me on. "Essential missing part".....uh huh. I'd highly suggest everyone avoid the mistake I nearly did. If I DIDNT have a friend who knew cars, this store's mechanic might have got me with his balogni story. I can imagine how distraught someone might have been without a friend that's a mechanic. Friendly advice: Jiffy Lube specializes in oil changes....and nothing more. If they're trying to sell you something outrageous, ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion. Especially at this location
