We came here from another smaller Toyota dealership to get two of our tires replaced as a part of our maintenance plan. They didn't have tires at the other place so we called Andy Mohr staff and they were able to order our tires that very day and get them ready to install early the next morning! It gave us enough time to drive over. Their waiting room was very comfortable with table booths, plenty of sofas, outlet plugs and a Starbucks coffee/Tazo tea machine. Junior our representative gave us great service at Andy Mohr Toyota! Next time we need maintenance in this neck of the woods, we're coming here for sure. Thank you guys
We had a great experience at Andy Mohr-Avon today! Cedric Lloyd was the Sales Specialist that assisted us with our questions, test drive, and subsequent purchase negotiations! NO pressure with this experience. Andre Winkle, Business Mgr, took care of the loan details, etc. He was very thorough and explained everything and answered questions to our satisfaction! We were able to make a great deal and drive home the same day with our purchased vehicle! We will definitely refer our friends, neighbors, and family to Cedric and the Andy Mohr experience! Also, the show room is very inviting and the restrooms were very clean.
I would describe the sales team here as shady. I have done business with a lot of different dealers and do not appreciate the way they tried to make a deal here. There are $900 worth of extras that they will try to sell you in fine print. I was told that one of them could not be taken off. We discussed a base price and were negotiating on that price. Suddenly the salesman changes to the out the door price and tells me he has good news about the deal. He didn't explain to me that I was being sold extras in that price that were in the fine print. The customer satisfaction team called me when I told them about my experience and they seemed to think I should read all the fine print and that there was no need for the salesman to explain that to me... I'm sorry but that's what we call "shady." So if you believe that in order for me to do business with you I need to read all the fine print on every paper you give me, then you don't really believe in doing business honestly. Here is a dealer with a big name in the community. Ask anyone who knows the car business. You shouldn't buy extras. That's 99% of the time a benefit to the dealer and not the customer. If you're going to cushion your deals with all kinds of extras like that, you need to add that to your list price and not try to work it in there when I'm just about to make the purchase.
Not trust worthy. They mentioned a price on the website which is reflected in CarGurus too. I called them and showed interest may be I shouldn't have and confirmed the price with the sales rep. Asked the final out of the door price with the rep just to make sure the total price falls in my budget. After confirming the price, I told them to hold on to the keys and not show the car to others as I would be driving to their dealership to test drive. I drove 7 hours just to see the vehicle and buy it. After reaching there, car was not to be found in their lots after many searches. Finally it was found in the cleaning department. They are trying to clean at the last moment. Not seen this with other dealerships. They suddenly increased the sale price by 1500$ saying that just two hours ago the price was increased. I am sure they sensed my interest to buy and hiked the price just then. Apart from that they added 3000$ more saying certification fee. I confirmed before driving here with the sales rep that there is no other fee apart from 199$ documentation fee. But the word was changed after I am interested in buying. More prices are added though I am not interested in certification. Sales rep who is showing the car is rude. He is asking why you want to test drive on highway at 70 mph, just do a quick drive around the dealership. He was not happy when I insisted. When I am trying to look inside and outside the car for any cosmetic damages, he kept asking "are you done, let's talk numbers". Overall, very bad attitude towards customers. Just interested in money games. Doesn't recommend this dealership. Thank you
I had a great experience at Andy Mohr Toyota getting my new 2023 Highlander Limited! Dante Groves was my sales consultant, and he made the whole process super easy, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also worked with the managers, Stephanie and Jorge, to get a great payment on my car. Herman made the financing part quick and easy, too. I would definitely recommend Andy Mohr Toyota for the excellent customer service, and I love my car, too!
My wife and myself purchased a vehicle from Andy Mohr in the early fall. Our experience with the vehicle, sales reps and overall experience with them were exceptional. Walked us slowly through the process. When we went back in for service, we were greeted by a rep almost immediately. Ms. Bre’Anna made us feel comfortable and walked us through the process. Tommy was fantastic, he stayed late to help us purchase the car and was very helpful in the entire process.
