Abnormal Fitness Club

On a whim, I accepted the Abnormal Fitness 6 week challenge. And having completed the 6 week plan, I am so glad I did. I’ve shredded 20lbs...and more importantly, I finally found something I will stick to for the long run. For years, I tried going to the gym...sporadically...but I’d always get bored...burnt out quickly and wouldn’t get results. So far, after 5-6 months, that hasn’t happened with Abnormal Fitness! That’s because the PEOPLE at Abnormal Fitness make all the difference. Bruce and the team make it incredibly fun...and are constantly “mixing things up”—no boredom. Overall it’s a small community feel. Everyone is positive and welcoming...EVERYONE! No judging, no showing off, no Nonsense! Just real people of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes focusing on improving their health. Since I joined Abnormal Fitness, not only have I gotten in better shape (generally)...but my hip problems are mostly gone and my overall health (flexibility, strength, endurance and yes “physique”) have all improved and I feel better than I have in years. I could go on and on...but to sum it up—if you’re looking for a place with REAL people who just want to improve themselves...no nonsense...and if you’re looking for an awesome team that knows how to get results...than give Abnormal Fitness a try! Highly recommend!

I did the 6 week challenge with Bruce and Nicole. I was very out of shape and needed to lose weight. They helped me not only jumpstart that journey but were also very motivating throughout my journey. The meal plans and workouts tailored to what your goals and previous medical history will help keep you motivated. They know everyone by name and it is a great place. I would recommend to anyone.

This is the worst gym (i mean the best gym ive ever been too). they dont know anyone who comes in ( I mean they know everyone by 1st name and truly provide a world class experience). They don't motivated anyone ( because they motivate everyone individually and check in with you via text when your not at the gym to help keep you on track). ive worked out at alot of gyms and the expertise that abnormal fitness provides is amazing. i started by doing the 6 week challenge and have transitioned into a full gym member. I have had several shoulder surgeries and they have altered works outs to accomodate my shoulder both in the group classes and semi private. if you end up working out at this gym you will feel like your special because they provide specialized treatment for everyone. no matter your shape, size health or age they truly want to help you meet your goals and to feel better about yourself. in my 1st 6 weeks i lost 28lbs and have continued to lose weight since in a healthy way. i give this a 5 star review and will continue to go to this amazing gym. thank you for making losing weight and getting healthy enjoyable again.
