I love Brooke, she does my lash extensions. She always asks how they are doing, and is always making sure I'm happy. I've had a great experience every time Ive been.

Was a cute place, but on the morning of my wedding my stylist was an HOUR late to my appointment. None of the other stylists were apologetic and neither was my own stylist. She was sweet, I'll give her that, but she didn't do my hair the way I wanted. She did indeed ask if I liked it and I agreed I did, only because I was running behind due to her being behind and there would have been no time to redo it. I was never offered a discount or anything of that sort let alone a sincere apology. I highly regret going to About You.

I was on vacation and walked in last minute for a much needed haircut! The staff was wonderful! From the moment I walked in until the time I left the service was awesome! I had went to 4, YES 4, other salons and they either didn't take walk ins or they were closing! Thank you About You for your service and they great haircut! -Crystal Conn
