HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Exceptional customer service. Very accommodating to those 'last minute' appointments. I stopped by The Spa a few years ago while staying in Pigeon Forge. I wanted to get a spray tan. They were able to take me in the same day. I've never had a spray tan and was nervous about the process and also worried about it looking fake. The results far exceeded what I could've hoped for. This is the only place I will go for a spray tan. I live 40 miles away but the results make it well worth the trip. If you're a local, be sure and add your email address on their website and you will be kept up to date on all of the specials.

Beautiful setting! My husband had the facial refresh and has raved about how he felf as well as the scents used. I had a wonderful time getting my nails done, very special experience. Thank you all for the TLC. Recommend to anyone in the area!

I highly recommend The Spa at Riverstone!! I had a 65 min massage by Leah and she was spot on with pressure! I felt very relaxed and renewed when she finished! My husband booked the massage as an anniversary gift while we checked into the Riverstone Resort. Everyone had great customer service, professional, and very genuine!

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful, relaxing place!! Technicians were very friendly and did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend.
