I cannot say enough good things about my realtor Kate. Having never sold a property, she was very patient with my multitude of questions. She advised on the work needed to be done to get my condo ready. The photographer she recommend took awesome photos which made a huge difference for the listing. Kate was always honest with me throughout the month it took to sell my condo and advised me on which offer to take from the bids we received. Kate is hard working and goes above and beyond for her clients. Her passion for what is does shows through everyday and would hire her again to sell or to buy a home.

Tricia Eby was wonderful to work with when buying our first home! She made the experience so seamless and took a lot of the stress out of it. She is also very personable, and made time for us to view houses within a very short time frame, which was great. She is a very experienced realtor which helped tremendously throughout the process. She had recommendations for lenders, etc., which was very helpful for first time buyers, and they ended up being the lenders with the lowest rate, which was great! We followed her suggestions - e.g. painting, make-ready cleaning, landscaping and staging. We had an offer within 5 days and sold it at a great price.
