Story

From your first contact with us at Fidelity National Title - Heights Office, our mission is to provide you with a fully responsive experience that will result in the attainment of your goal, the successful closing of a real estate transaction. Our approach goes beyond being a title insurance provider. We work alongside our customers, listening to and anticipating their needs, allowing us to provide the customer with the services they need and the respect they deserve. Our clients keep coming back to us because of the personalized service they receive.

Our staff is experienced in handling all types of files, including commercial, residential resale and refinance, home equity, construction loans and binders, and investment property transactions. This array of experience, not to mention the presence of an attorney in the office, allows us to quickly decipher and solve title issues arising in any real estate transaction. Additionally, several members of our staff are fluent in Spanish as well as English
