They used to be really good. Now, agents NOT READING CONTRACT and ask my agent for some confirmations! Well, read first what was executed ... And the latest experience tells me that Berkshire Hathaway allow agents in particular - T.L. irresponsibly use wrong sellers disclosure - without signature of counter party and back agents "miss" this point, left buyer at closing saying NO WORD and leaving without property keys aka possession, hide some HOA violations from buyers, and ultimately leading with those misleads the buyer to wrong decision to buy or not. After mentioning all listed problems they hide and not willing to resolve any from listed issues. STAY AWAY.
