I decided to contact Fit Acquisitions after I received a letter from them. My former rental property was flooded from a burst pipe and as a result was left vacant. The company was able to work with me to close on the property through the process of a short-sale. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to sell their home, even if the situation is complicated, as they are knowledgeable and able to make the sale work.

Although I contacted several companies when I realized I needed to sell my house, this company was the only one that was honest and open with me about the process, and that is why I chose to sell my house to them. It was the best choice I made and I had a great experience working with Moon and the rest of the team. Would recommend for anyone in a bind that needs to sell their house!!

This company is horrible a scam try to take peoples property, put liens on peoples property without even acknowledging them. Kim Moon!! horrible. I repeat, horrible, misleading people on contracts, etc.. No one answers the phone at the company Kim Mont, very unprofessional, and I repeat, again a scam artist!!!!!!!! my experience so far has been horrible. Today is November 14,2022 I have yet to get this problem resolved. I have been in contact with Mr. Moon and his partner no one returns my phone calls or texts. The lien is still placed on my home when I stated that I did not want to go sell to this company and the process because of the misleading that was presented to me to complete this transaction. I cannot believe this company would treat people this horribly basically bullying me to sell them my home at a really low ball price when I stated in the beginning what I expected, and Mr. Moon said that he would adjust and I have messages to prove it!!! This is unbelievable very,very very very , bad company

I had a property I needed to sell fast, and Fit Acquisitions was able to perform, closing on the property in less than a month from the time I contacted them. I am very grateful I found this company!
