Abundant Transportation & Taxi Service

Dispatcher: "I'm Not good at reading MAPS." I called this cab company an hour before I needed to be at work, they told me they would arrive within 20-30 minutes. After 30 minutes I called and the dispatcher said the driver was on his way. After 15 more minutes I called again and again the dispatcher claimed the driver was on his way. At 8 minutes to the hour and 8 minutes before I needed to be at work I again called and the dispatcher said again he was on his way. I asked where he was coming from and she claimed SHE COULD NOT READ A MAP!! WHAT??? Can't read a map?? That's your whole job, that's the number one function of the companies purpose!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!

This taxi service is absolute trash. Worst experience ever! I have traveled the world and stayed in third world Hostels that were more accommodating. The positive reviews are clearly drivers, “The owner is so involved” Yea because he’s the main driver, if you don’t count the crackheads driving their 97 Ford Explorers! Seriously you call yourself a high end Executive Taxi service! A more fitting description would be, It’s almost better than walking!

My experience with Abundant was amazing. The owner is dedicated to insuring that your ride is safe and comfortable, and everyone is super friendly. I had to travel from Bentonville to Joplin Mo. Not only did he take me personally for a great rate, but waited on me to finish with my meetings and drove me back. No rushing and no worries, and when being away from home this is the kind of experience you look for. This is the definite mode of transportation for anyone when traveling to this area.

The car smelt like an ash tray and the price was ridiculously high. Total distance was 6.2 miles from the airport (the taxi was waiting, so no waiting). Total time was 10 min. Total cost was $40!!! Per the XNA website, it should be $3.50 for pickup and $2.60 per mile. That's a total of $19.62. Yet, I was charged an even $40. I called the company and they said that the prices are incorrect on the site - those are in town prices. XNA is out of town so you will be charged a different rate. That's rather deceiving... For anywhere in Centerton, it's $35, regardless of mileage. I guess the driver decided to give himself a tip. Shame on me for not verifying pricing before getting in the taxi.

Amazing service! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a ride anywhere. Was amazed at how much the owner was involved with the company. He got to my house in a timely manner and took me safely where I needed to go.
