Not one to normally leave reviews, but immediately decided to leave this review as soon as I got in my car. Incredible experience here at the Academy located in Athens, GA. I went in looking for a 12v7ah battery I saw was available online. Being a huge store with loads of inventory, I had no idea where to look. I went to customer service and the person who was working the desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Got me what I needed and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. 5 star worthy experience, for sure.

Bought some equipment for my home gym. Service was phenomenal, from the sales person to the cashier to the greeter. Everyone was great! And so were the prices.

Friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable about where to locate certain things. Ammo department is very knowledgeable about their products. Bought my first gun there just for that.

This is a very neat and clean store the staff is very friendly and knowledgable of the products. The prices are a little steep. But the selection of products is wide and good. No long wait times however very few staff members were in each department had to go looking every now and then for a staff member.

Fully stocked I went by to catch a fish pole with tackle box on sale $22, good buy and got my fishing license too!
