My mother has lived here for 14 years and thought this was going to be her last home. Well since she rents the land that her home is located on she does have a manager she has to deal with. Anyone who knows my mother knows how sweet she is, all of my friends call her mom that should be some sort of indicator of what I mean. Well when she moved here and bought her house the manager at that time, Charlie, was a great manager but when it came time for him to retire his replacement, the current manager Gloria Higdon is a nightmare. She is one of those people who very manipulating and if she doesn't like you, she will harass you and doesn't care what laws she breaks in doing so. She told my mother that she had to get rid of her service dog and when we told her he was a service dog she just said anyone can order a service dog vest off the internet, and has tried to trespass me off the property because of my service dog saying that he intimidates the tenants here even though the only time the tenants ever see my dog is in my car when I come and leave, last year I had to call the police because Gloria would not stop following me when I left the park, finally I just pulled over and called the police to report this harassment. The list goes on and on, finally my mom just decided to sell this place and move to a better place where they do not harass the tenants, I would bet anyone 100 dollars that if we could have all the tenants give Gloria a honest review you would see how living here since her reign of terror started, how living here has gone down drastically but since she is the manager who has the power of eviction you will never get an honest review, I mean my mom's first eviction (which failed)was because of her having a service dog.
