Accessible Home Health Care of Essex and Morris

Very unprofessional. Utilizes aides that barely speak English. Used them for my father and was a huge mistake and was locked into a contract for a week. One aide told me she gets paid minimum wage .My father was in a nursing home and needed an aide for a few weeks after a fall. Did a few surprise visits and found the aide sleeping one time; on phone outside of the room one time; eating dinner outside one time; one time left my father in the bingo room for 20 minutes until someone else pushed him in his wheelchair backed to his room. Went thru 4 aides in one 7 day period. One more incompetent than another. Filed a complaint with their corporate office in Florida
