Senior Home Care Services

Rachel at Senior Home Care Services was very efficient in providing home care for my parents on short notice. At first Betty, the home care aide, was pleasant and accommodating. As she became more comfortable in the home, she became very bossy and disagreeable. The last straw was when my parents were tired and wanted to go to bed at 10, and Betty told them her schedule said 11 was bedtime and would not help them into bed until 11. Many mornings she would make them get up at 7:30, even if they said they were still tired. Paying $2000 per week and not getting to do what you want in your own home is not my idea of good service. The Assisted Living Facility that they are moving to is only a little more money and eliminates the home expenses of taxes, utilities, food,, etc. I would not recommend Senior Home Care.

Excellent and beyond expectations. I called on very short notice and was met with efficient, professional and thorough staff who addressed and met all of my concerns. They helped me evaluate need, manage the schedule and made payments easy. My mother was failing and difficult to manage at night - the caregivers were professional, caring and effective. I would highly recommend Senior Home Care Services. They are a local business that is concerned about maintaining a high standard of excellence and service and it shows.

Senior Home Care Services was very helpful when it came to care for my father. We have used them twice and they were fantastic! They are caring, helpful, knowledgeable and so accommodating! If we need any further care for any of our family members, we will definitely go with them!

The SHCS team is great!!! They are always there when you need them! Their thoughtful staff is dedicated to providing their clients quality home care. If your loved one needs assistance, SHCS provides the most attentive home care service possible. I would refer their services to anyone seeking home care support.
