I have been back and forth with at least 6 agencies in the past 4 years of my father’s home health aide history. The past 6 months have been the best!!! I transferred my father to E & S about 6 months ago and I have had the most incredible experience so far with the office staff, my dad’s new case coordinator Sandra, and the manager, Michelle. I have never received this much attention, reliability in care and professionalism as I have had at this company. Sometimes my dad can be a handful and I know that. But the way that the nurses, office staff and home health aides worked in collaboration, helped me and my sisters live a normal and comfortable life. It means so much to me and my siblings that I don’t have to worry about my dads well being and no one showing up. It’s hard to find good help and they always have a back up plan!! Thank you guys!!! I know karma will reward you all.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this agency! My mom has been a client with E and S for over 3 years now. That aides that help my mom are the most professional that I have seen in a long time and her case coordinators are just amazing! Very polite, compassionate and patient even when I vent or talk them to death. They don’t lie and don’t look at my mom as a business deal like some of these scummy agencies out here nowadays. I can’t express my gratitude enough with the help and peace of mind that I have been and am still receiving from them. They became part of the family. I would give 10 stars if google had the option!

Not a good health aide agency. Leave their clients looking for other means to take care of loved ones. "Health Aide had accident" "Health Aide quit-looking for replacement" "Health Aide car would not start" All this in 3 weeks time. Will never recommend them. I would give one star for the health aide Elizabeth who came for brief time but was very good.

Love this place, took a medical coding and billing class and it was the best decision of my life. Couldn't be happier with the friendly staff and all the help they provided me with. They went above and beyond for me.
