Health and Comfort Home Care Agency

My grandmother is a client at health and comfort. I have been with this company for over 5 years they have been very reliable and their staff is super professional. Calling in with an issue is never a problem because it is always resolved within a timely fashion. Whenever may aid can not make it they make sure to send in a replacement for my grandma. I've been with many agencies in the past and I can definetly say that health and comfort home care has been the only agency that made sure my grandmother received her care no matter what. Overall I am extremely happy with health and comfort and here to stay.

I have taken services from them. However they are just OK. When the original care giver is not available they do not provide substitute. Do not bother to inform that original care giver is on vacation nor provide replacement even after repeated phone reminders. I guess they manage with very few care givers who are over worked and because of many clients one after the other, care givers do not show up on time. This becomes problematic when I am working and my mother (who is 91 years old) needs to be picked up from Medical Adult day care center van when she returns from day care.
