SYNERGY Home Care - a FANTASTIC Partner in Caring! I've been meaning to put this up since the summer. But several months ago, my mother had been hit with a significant stroke, and her emotional damage was at least as severe as her physical disability. After over 2 months in rehabs and hospitals, we decided to try having her go back to her home/farm, to see if that would diminish her anxiety and let her focus on her physical recovery. It didn't, but Paul and the aides from Synergy Home Care did everything humanly possible to try to make her comfortable and give her the support to live in her home. This was a case where they had little lead time to find aides, and a couple of aides didn't "mesh" with my mom as well, but most did. Given the difficult situation, they did as well as humanly possible. And Paul (the owner/manager) is just incredible - don't know how he does it! Thank you Synergy!

We utilized Synergy Home Care of Pennington for 9 months after my wife was released from the hospital. Our most recent caregiver, Irma, was wonderful and became a member of our extended family. She was caring and competent and we always found Paul, the owner of this location, available to us and willing to assist in any way possible. I recommend Synergy Home Care for anyone needing an aid for a loved one requiring home care assistance.

I am the owner of the Synergy HomeCare office located in Pennington and would like to comment on the very bad review from 2 years ago. I do the very best I can to ensure that I only send the most qualified caregivers into my client’s home to care for their family members. In this case, I had a very qualified caregiver (she had many years of experience caring for her disabled sister) who did a terrible job with this client and she was immediately terminated after this incident. I spoke with the client and assured her that this wasn’t the way we treated our clients and tried to restore her trust in my company. I think it’s important to note that since this bad experience, this client has used our services 11 times. I am certain that she is very happy with the services that we have been providing since her one bad experience.

You never know what or who you're going to get. BE CAREFUL. I had an wonderful experience with one person who is new to the agency, but then the worst ABSOLUTE MOST awful experience with one of their caretakes who they said had been with them for at least a year. How can I list the ways in which she was completely incompetent, irresponsible and possibly dishonest? Luckily I work from home so I know the following: 1) 37 minutes late w/the "female issue" excuse and she lives 5 minutes away, 2) did not change 2 poopie diapers b/c "she broke her nose, can't smell it" 3) found my child eating scattered cheese puffs off 10 yr old carpet that has a dog and cat tracking all over the place, she's on the sofa, 4) was not able to get my child to nap, 5) left the only diaper she changed on the floor, and 6) I suspect she stole a $100 gift certificate off our fridge door. I would not consider the above remotedly professional or competent. To be fair, one person they sent me was good
