My experience with this organization was less than stellar. They are really excellent at chasing payment. There were several workers used and half were caring and responsible - others not so much. Problems included: lack of communication and input into a care log needed to assist in physician visits and for securing long term care ins payments; discussing client medical conditions in front of neighbors; disrespect and belittling of client; and much more.

My sister Nancy and I would like to express our thanks to you and your staff for the years of home care service that was provided to our parents. Your team of "Comfort Keepers" helped keep my parents s home for as long as possible. That being said we would like to address all the "Comfort Keeper" from the beginning to the end. They were all wonderful! Honestly, I do not know how we could have continued on as long as we did if it wasn't for Comfort Keepers. It is a blessing to have ones parents with them for many years. having a company like Comfort Keepers helps keep those blessings going for as long as possible. I interviewed many senior in-home care agencies while searching for care for my Dad, but only one agency stood above the rest and that was Comfort Keepers of Flemington. I knew Comfort Keepers was different the moment Kelly walked into our home for the initial home visit. She simply educated my family on Comfort Keepers and the different in-home care services they provide. She told us the process of matching clients to caregivers. How can I thank all of you enough for what you did to care for my Mom? I could not have done this on my own. The care and compassion you showed my Mom was truly amazing. Suzanne, you were always on top of getting extra help when we needed it. You were always so kind. Our "Comfort Keeper" Ashley and Bert became Mom's angels. Mom was appreciative of their loving care and attentiveness. The flowers that you sent were beautiful but not as beautiful as the people you are. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We were so pleased with the care that was provided for my father-in-law. We were able to go to work knowing he was enjoying the companionship offered to him. Suzanne and her staff are wonderful. We will always remember their kindness and professionalism.

Mary, spent time with me on very short notice, calming my concerns and getting the help I needed quickly and with no fuss. She also took the time to follow up daily to make sure our needs were being met. Our two night sitters were excellent. Many thanks.
