Independence Home Care

This Home Care agency was recommended to us by the senior community where my mom lives. The referral for a personal aide for my mom was called in to them about 10am on a Saturday, and by 8:00 that night they had a lovely woman with my mom to stay overnight with her. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been extremely professional, kind, thorough, prompt, and helpful. Each aide they have sent out has been fabulous. I highly recommend this agency.

This is a very professional home care and there's always work available but my only disappointment is that I wish they would be honest and tell me since the beggining that the assignment is temporary/ fill in instead of saying "ongoing"cases, weekly I would be going to different clients is very inconvenience for me to go to different locations and start all over again. I can't work in a place that has unpredictable hours I do home care for living.

I went to this place to apply for a job as a home health aide and although I called the office before going there, when I finally got to the place, I could not get in. I was told the room was full and will have to come back again to apply for the job. I drove almost an hour, only to be told to go and come back. The building is so small that they can fit only few people there. I will not bother going there again.
