Preferred is great for care givers who want to do everyone's job for them and patients who want to be put in danger. Nurses who sleep on the job, staff who never adresses serious issues, doesn't keep medical charts up date, won't return your phone call, constant unfilled shifts, constant schedule confusion. The manager of the office will tell you to find another agency for voicing all your  serious concerns. All the good nurses leave the company because, they can't seem to get it together. Very unprofessional.  If you are looking for extra stress and added headaches choose this office!
