My parents need a home healthcare aide in a hurry, like the very next day. Assisting Hands is the only agency came through. The entire staffs are extremely professional, responsive and thorough, including the owner. The nurse aide came in less than 24 hours & she was absolutely pleasant and hardworking. We loved her! Assisting Hands also sent a nurse to the house to assess the health condition of my father to determine the level of care needed. She was very knowledgeable & detail oriented, very impressive. We highly recommend Assisting Hands to anyone who needs elder care, truly the highest quality service money can buy, and not to mention they charge very reasonable rates!
We used Assisting Hands helping my Dad in his last days. They were very competent, professional, engaging, and punctual. The aides assigned to us were extremely attentive to my Dad's needs, and worked very well with my sisters and I. Assisting Hands is absolutely a first class company, I highly recommend!
We have been using aides from Assisting Hands of Central NJ for two months. My mother was extremely pleased with the person that they matched her with. She was very responsible, very knowledgeable, very wise, and consistent. The caregiver helped with bathing and dressing, helped doing physical therapy exercises, taking her to doctors' appointments,, laundry, and helping her remember to take her medication. The agency is good to work with, they were knowledgeable, they were accessible, and they were more reasonably priced. They give you the feeling that they're paying attention to you. It seems like a small enough company, more like a family rather than a big corporation, which was why we picked them.
As my Dad’s health deteriorated, Assisting Hands has taken the worry away and I have gotten top notch care for my Father. Their Nurse Bev is the best and she keeps the caregivers on their toes by doing spot checks and calls. My Father became friendly with the caregivers quickly and enjoyed their company.
I would not use this agency has a lot of discrimination talked with an attuide also told me they only help seniors not other people with special needs that don't have the training nasty talking unprofessional
My sweet & loving sister worked with this company and it turned out that the name should be stealing hands rather.Mark kept stealing from her paycheck until she could take it no more. He threatened her with lies when she spoke up. It's sad how some employers disrespect workers doing the job that they can't do & is enabling them live comfortably. Mark asked her to use her bare hands to render care that required cloves. She was disrespected, discriminated against and after leaving the company he sent a letter saying he rather fired her. Shame on you Mark.
