We utilized Care Bridge to care for our father. The care giver was extremely attentive, kind, patient, and most of all professional. Not only did the care giver keep him comfortable at all times, but also the services provided allowed my father to maintain his dignity and self respect. My brother-in-law was ill for many years and required different levels of caregivers over those years. Care Bridge Home Care was able to match the level of his needs to the level of the best care giver available. Always available to answer questions or suggest plans, You won’t find a better service or more involved staff anywhere.

We recently had a terminal family member that required 24 hour care. We chose to use Carebridge Home Health Care. The staff was compassionate and caring. We were very pleased with the various services they offered. We especially wanted to call out the assistance Mr. Kline offered our family. We had a hard time keeping track of all the direction given to us by the various doctors. Mr Kline of Carebridge was available 24 hours a day and answer all our questions. we called him a lot and he always got right back to us He may have previously been a physician because he knew all doctors on a first name basis. Overall, great service which is why we give Carebridge five stars. Thank you

I used this agency for care for my father. As a new experience for us, we were promised proper 24/7 live in care. A month and a half later, we have been through three different home aides, one worse than the other. As an only daughter leaving her father in the hands of these care givers was something I was hoping was going to make life  easier and his return from months of hospital/rehab stays an easy transition, however that was not the case. These care givers were from other countries making understanding my fathers needs very difficult. We were told they would clean, bathe, cook, and tend to anything my father needed, however it was me that was doing so and cleaning up after the mess these caregivers made as well. We provided them with food, however they greedily helped themselves to anything in the house without so much as offering some to my Dad. They used our amenities carelessly, calling on me at endless hours of the night to fix things. They often sat upstairs, away from my father on the phone for many hours of the day. To say their actions was appalling is putting it nicely. As a result of this, my father has wound up back in the hospital. Careless and the lack of proper care resulted in gangrene in his feet,  is another set back he has to endure. If you truly care about your loved ones, I would search elsewhere.

I wanted to drop a note to thank you all for your support and quality care that you have provided for my mother over the past years. Everyone at CareBridge gave me not only the best service and help, but I knew that your caring was front and foremost for us. Warmest regards.

They are the worst 24/7 caregivers I've ever been living with. The one who was chosen to take care of my sister destroyed our pots and pans and all she touched. She constantly talk on her phone in another language. I would never recommend this company. The only reason I put one star is because the review would let me post.  You provided care to my sister at 68 lenape trail, Tinton Falls , nj. The woman you sent was horrible including the ones you sent when she was on vacation. They did not clean the house or do the laundry.  They were all from foreign countries.  Why don't you hire American people.
