Let me say Phil and Christina are an amazing team, they put a perfect care giver in my house to care for my mom. We love our care giver, their relationship goes beyond daily living activies, she was able to encourage get my mom to go for walks and do her stretching excersies. These two have great conversations talking about their lives and my mom likes to give her advice, it's so cute to watch. My mom looks forward to the days we have care schedule, what more can I say.

My mother-in-law lived in New Jersey while my brother-in-law and sister-in-law and my wife and I live in other parts of the country - Ohio, California, and Pennsylvania. We were referred to Home Care Assistance when we visited my mother-in-law in December 2016 and we saw that she needed far more help than she was receiving at her assisted living facility. Her living conditions were poor and we needed to find a firm that would not only take care of her, but would be her local advocate to get her facility to deliver on their promises. We were planning to move my mother-in-law to Pittsburgh, but it would take time and she needed immediate care. The team at Home Care Assistance took control of the situation for us immediately. Members of the team visited her regularly, bathed her, did her laundry, brought her breakfast and lunch from her favorite local diner, and took a very sincere interest in her total well-being. They were there when we couldn't be and they really cared about both my mother-in-law and about my wife and her brother and sister. They were available by phone to give us updates and were there to prepare my mother-in-law for the move to Pittsburgh. My mother-in-law is in a far better facility now and we have Home Care Assistance to thank for that. We would recommend this company without any reservation to anyone who needs assistance and advocacy. They are the experienced professionals who really care.
