Aides arrives on time she stays late she is an excellent listener does what patient wants she knows all her skills she does heavy lift ing and goes long distance she is bilingual she is an excellent aide i would recomnend her to everyone

If I could give them a negative 100 I would. Worse serve ever. In one week got 4 different aides with no experience with bedridden patient. Last aide sits on phone all day doesn't change my dad's diaper. Doesn't even sit in the same room that he is in.

Their coordinator literally told me they did not have ONE bilingual or English speaking aide in all of Hudson County. Is that even legal?

The worsted the aids r lazy, they want to be on there phones while they are working...they don't knaow how to take care of bedbound clients..they will send someone they say knows how to care for a bedbound person but they don't...they don't listen they want to do what they want n when they want...Terrible, when I finally had an ok aid..she was not paid for a month..n the aid left..they never sent anyone else

Save your energy, your time on the phone and your breath. These people are a joke, they can not provide consistent service and ALL of their women are just LAZY. They wanna come late and leave early, do as little as possible, and the coordinators just suck because they don't want to go through the trouble of finding another home health aide who can work with you, they treat you like you are sub human. Their girls ask you to never call the agency, so that they get paid for time they don't work. And the agency's people are always out of the agency by 2 o'clock. They have made my life more miserable than it ever was. If I could put zero stars I would
