The worst place to work. The coordinators are a nightmare very unprofessional and seems to not know what they are doing, do not take a fill in case if you know you cannot do it especially if you have a family because if something does comes up and you tell them you cannot make it, they gives you attitude. Also keep in mind if you work for Freedom and you are not comfortable with the case they assign you to you just get screwed because they will not change you even if the environment is hostile, again the coordinators will give you a lot of attitude and tell you they don't have anything else. To me they seems to not care about their Aides or clients. they only care about the clients money. Stay away from them. I couldn't be happier that I left it was 3 years of nightmare.
