Always Home Care

Absolutely horrible & most cannot speak English. They have broken almost everything in my house, and when they are not breaking things, they are misplacing them or leaving the home in dangerous condition. They have left the gas on with no fire, they have left the vacuum canister open & continued to vacuum leaving 1/4 inch of dust all over the house (I have an asthmatic cat who has been very sick ever since).... i.e. the homemakers are dangerously stupid & I'm still waiting for a roll of quarters to do the laundry they never did -- for a month now. The WORST. I suspect that any 5 star reviews were left by friends or family of the agency. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. -- And it is obvious that they tell the aides who work there to put in 5 star reviews online! What a joke! They rate themselves 5 stars! hahahahaha!!! So much for the clients.... we don't count.

My Experience With Always Home Care Was Very Great, Class Mates Were Friendly As Well As the Receptionist ms.Bella And Ms. Karen . The Coordinator Ms. Elizabeth Was Very Nice And Respectful along with The Instructor Ms.Mariela .!

We as staff push for excellence with myself and our Always Home Care team. Connecting with my colleagues is great. We have conference calls every Friday with management to discuss any issues or concerns we have. Management takes it into consideration and tries to accommodate us in any way possible. All our office coordinators are AWESOME, We try our very best to provide the best customer service to our Patients and Home Health Aides. We at Always Home Care have become more then colleagues, we have became family
