Ace Hardware

First time I’ve ever had to ask for help at an ace. Normally they’re on top of you breathing down your neck the second you walk in. So I stopped the employee who was walking away from me (!!), and asked for rekey service. Big counter, back of store. So I head back. 3 or 4 employees milling about, none of whom say a word. No “can I help you?”, no “hi”, nothing. So I wait. And wait. Still not so much as a glance. After several minutes it became clear this place was bad news, so I just left. Nobody said a word as I walked out.

Ace Hardware on East Harry - don't worry about returning my email that was supposed to be returned in 2 business days. You lost another customer for good. Take your free popcorn...I don't need it.

This is a pretty nice store but they could not figure out how to ring up and sell me a couple of Stihl products.

Kelly was super helpful. I hate buying paint but he helped make it a painless experience. I will definitely go back in the future!

Did not have the tool I needed but pointed me to a store that might. Very helpful and friendly. Would go here more often if it was closer.
