I needed a key made. Quick in and out. Another person needed a car key and the employees worked together to accommodate both of us.

Trip one - took storm door in for new glass. Took home, didn't fit. Trip two - took back, glass guy says "Yeah, I should have called you. Charged another 9$. Took home, didn't fit. Trip three - took back again asked for Mgr. Glass guy comes up and argues with me. Mgr has him redo, refunds 9$. Took home again. One side piece glued on backwards. Trip four - taking back again tomorrow - can only hope.
