Ace Septic Pumping

Stand up guys, prompt service, reasonable price. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I'll be calling them again next time! Highly recommend.

I called and needed someone asap. I had to work in a few hours and needed my tank pumped. I phoned another company first and regardless they couldn't make it until the afternoon. That not being possible with kids and a sitter at home. Ace came 15 minutes after I phoned. My husband was away for work. I knew I had to remove patio stones to uncover lids, but mistakenly uncovered the wrong part. The guy (wish I knew his name) gladly did it for me, he shoveled the dirt away without a complaint. A BIG THANK YOU for that as I really struggled to move what I already moved. He was very very helpful and pleasant. My drain pipe seemed to be clogged, and the water was not draining once we tested it. I thought for sure I needed to call a plumber, but he went to his truck and got a different hose and pushed it up the drain and unclogged it for me. I honestly think he was a godsend, and I feel like he went above and beyond for me. I give this company a huge thumbs up and have been, and will be praising them to everyone I know!!! When they replaced the septic cover, the lid broke from hitting it back flat with a steel bar. They did not inform me nor assume any responsibility for breaking it. I was told later on the phone they could make a service call out and will also be charged for a replacement septic cover or deal with it on my own. Service otherwise, prompt and friendly until I brought up this matter. I will go elsewhere next time.
