Excellent service and customer relations. The office staff were very helpful and understanding and had someone out to pump my septic tank within 3 hours. The young man who did the work was courteous, hardworking, friendly and very professional. He did a job that another company had said was too hard and required special equipment with his regular truck and three lengths of hose. Just a regular job to him, but he made us feel special as he took the time, care and interest to make sure the job was done right and we were happy. Boy were we happy, this is the place to go when you need your septic tank serviced. They have earned the business of our entire neighbourhood because of their professionalism. That other company's loss is Eugene Craig's gain.
