Been using the fiber connection now for several months, and it is excellent. 100% up time thus far, up and down speeds both hold true to what they are supposed to be. If you are having problems with your service, I would suspect you need to upgrade your intranet equipment. I switched from Charter, and while they were good, a broadband connection just cannot support the bandwidth that FTTP can. I am running about 50 devices all day with many users steaming music simultaneously. Zero issues with the speed. 80x4 connection if you were wondering. Update: Had this service for nearly 3 years now, and it is still 100% up time (unless it went out after business hours). I have 9 VPN connections pushing and pulling data all day long, while 75 or so end users are online. I have over a dozen end users who stream music all day long and literally zero issues. I am preparing to move to a VOIP system, and based on my current network utilization at peak times I should be able to support all users. At peak network utilization, I still pull 75 down and 9.5 up. That is actual network speed with 75 end users not what Acentek says my speed should be.

Fantastic people and great service! Fiber to the home,is,great and the up and download speeds are more,consistent than cable.

Fiber is fast, and its way better than Charter.
